Isola "Limited Edition" is a project born in 2018 aimed at recovering an abandoned olive grove of Frantoiane and Pendolino cultivars in the "Isola" area of the Municipality of Casal Velino in the Marina district.
Isola "Limited Edition" is a cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil with marked and accentuated aromas obtained from olives harvested while still green in the period from 20 September to 5 October. In order to free this extra virgin olive oil from its natural impurities, we use the ancient technique of decanting where the oil rests for 2 months in large stainless steel barrels.
